Step 1 · Calibrate the controllers

Hold the stylus (yellow) tip to the camera and click it to lock on. Repeat for the two hinge tips (green and red).

Step 2 · Make the skin incision

Use the stylus (white circle shows the tip). Hold Space and trace a small ellipse over the cyst. Press Clear to retry, Next when satisfied.

Step 3 · Drain / extract the cyst

Pinch the hinge tips together to grab the cyst and move it to the tray. Clear resets; Next continues.

Step 4 · Suture the wound

Hold Space with the stylus to place stitches. Press Next to finish.
